Pros:Nothing. Very unprofessional and not helpful front desk personal. I will not be staying at the Lexington Hotel in the future.
Cons:We booked the hotel room two weeks in advance but were not able to get a room when we arrived at the hotel. All the rooms were booked and we were forced to book at a different hotel with a higher price which made very inconvenient and frustrating. The website “Getaroom” booked the hotel room however they did not confirm the booking with the hotel. Overall, the experience was overwhelming bad and I will not be booking at “Getaroom” or staying at the Lexington Hotel in the future.

Pros:Pool is cute. Location is decent. About 10 min to winwood and to Sobe. Pretty much beach front location
Cons:The power went out in the hotel for 24 hrs. This started around 1130pm and continued until 230the next day. There was no manager On duty in the middle of the night to explain anything to anyone. The people who were n staff were clueless. Where was they're back generator?! Plus I just had knee surgery and had no choice but to walk up and down stairs from the 10th floor, because hotel wouldn't change our room location. The cleaning ladies came once in 5 days to clean our room. Once?!

Pros:Unfortunately there is nothing positive I can say about this experience, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I LIKED ABOUT THE TRIP!
Cons:Poor customer service from the very beginning, they did not have the rooms ready, and argued that I had only booked 1 room when I was showing them my confirmation for 2 rooms. Then...rooms were not cleaned properly, toilets and bathtubs clogged up, and there were stained cracks in walls and ceilings. I will NEVER EVER go there again, nor will I recommend to anyone. It was a waste of mine and my family's time, as well as our money.

Pros:Location is great, right next to the beach, if that's a place you want to go. The bus stop in front of the hotel will easily take you out of Miami Beach, which is essential. Rooms were simple but comfy.
Cons:Bathrooms could get renewed a.s.a.p. The hotel restaurant, in the basement, did not inspire any trust. Had to walk a couple of blocks, or take a bus, to find a reasonable place for breakfast.
