It is only a 20 minute walk to that beach, but also within a short distance of many shopping and even business areas. The Miami Beach Convention Center is five miles away, while the Collins Avenue Shopping Area is roughly the same. Lummus Park Beach is six miles away, as is Ocean Drive. Closer to the grounds is Bal Harbour and its shops and beach. The Miami Beach Boardwalk is just three miles away. The Miami International Airport is half of an hour’s drive from the hotel.

Pros (+) Absolutely terrible!!! Rooms were disgusting, had to go back the first time and get another room. Second Room was a little nicer but still NOT GOOD TO SLEEP IN. There were bugs on the beds such as dead ants and small black ones that kept jumping !!!!!! We had to sleep on top of the sheets and use our clothes as blankets !!

Cons (-) After making a reservation and arriving, I was told rooms were not available. After almost an hour of arguing a room had become available. I asked to see the room, I was told I had to leave my credit card with them to see the room. The room was filthy, humid and disgusting. I came downstairs to tell them I had changed my mind. Cons (-) The rooms are so dirty. The room service does not replace towels and only stretches the bed sheets. The rooms smell awful. The shower is dirty, the bathroom floor is dirty, the sink is disgusting, there is mold on the handle of the sink and mold in the bath. Honesty the room is way over priced for how awful it is. I paid 135$ a night. You're better off spending 20$ extra per night somewhere else. ...

Pros (+) The only thing good was location
Cons (-) The rooms were very old and dirty. If you want a single room you will not see pictures of the rooms on the site. The are very old and musty and in a building next to the main building. The rooms seen on the site do not depict what you will have. We were there two nights without a working a/c in our room. Overall worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pros (+) I booked a room and when I got there they told me they didn't have rooms available and besides that they don't want to refund me my money and I call them and they hang up on me

Pros (+) Great proximity to the ocean and restaurants
Cons (-) The power cut off in the hotel half way through the night making the whole place extremely hot and uncomfortable. The hotel is much further from South Beach than expected.

Pros (+) Nothing to like except walking distance to the beach
Cons (-) You have to pay for parking. They show you a picture of the hotel and actually you'll be staying in the building right next to it which is basically falling apart. The restroom are horrible. The sheets have stains.

Pros (+) The location was the only good part
Cons (-) The pictures of the room I booked online had two beds, but when I checked in the room only had one. Of course they were "fully booked" and couldn't give me another room, so they sent a cot (which had blood stains on it)
