Villas at the shelbourne are NOT the Shelbourne
Location was great, check in was a pleasure, the room was a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness,
There was ZERO HELP from the front desk when the door to our balcony wouldn’t close and the TV stopped working, they also promised maid service every day, which never happened. The front desk was just short of rude when we asked for assistance telling us it wasn’t their problem bc we were in a privately owned room which was NEVER specified in the description online when I booked
