Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location in downtown Miami, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Some reviewers mention friendly and attentive staff, and a few found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, many guests express disappointment with the cleanliness of the hotel, describing rooms as dirty, smelly, or poorly maintained. Room size is a common complaint, with several guests finding the accommodations very small and cramped. Value for price is also criticized, with guests feeling the amenities and service do not match the rates charged. Overall, while the location is a highlight, issues with cleanliness, room size, and value detract from the experience.
