Affordable and friendly staff.
People outside loitering, it seems to be in a rougher area. It just makes it uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing, will never use kayak again. As for the hotel it was filthy, the staff were dirty and half didn’t speak English.
Kayak said there was rooms available then booked us through a 3rd party who refused to issue a refund. After 3 hours refund we were told they would issue us a refund. The hotel was fully, lots of things were broken, there were homeless people living in the business center, most of the staff looked high or drunk and dirty. It was a scene from a movie.
We needed a place to stay for our extended layover in Miami. The price and the location was great for that.
There was no wash clothes in our wash room but the issue was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

We did a reservation over kayak, there was neither water nor light. We understood the situation since Hurricane Irma was in Miami a day before. However, we didn't receive any refund to our bank account

It was close to the airport, free "breakfast", free shuttle service, free wifi.
The breakfast was terrible. We couldn't even eat the "eggs" and all the bread was stale. I would compare it to gas station food. Pre-packaged everything. When we arrived there were no luggage carts and the employees were kind of annoyed that I would even ask and offered no help, they just watched us struggle. The room was pretty clean but the common areas were not. If you just need a bed for the night, it's a good price but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.
This Hotel property offers many amenities that most others at this price range do not offer. It's very close to being a full service property. There customer relation skills are second to none.
