We waited for 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle that never came. The entire 1 1/2 hours I was on hold with the hotel. They would not answer the phone. Not the kind of customer service anyone should suffer.

The price was kind of high, but the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the free airport shuttle was nice. If you are flying out, it is located conveniently close to the airport.

Pros:Close to the airport. Comfortable bed.
Cons:Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Just connecting flights and had to spend the night. Unbelievably bad free breakfast, sketchy wifi, free airport transfer runs on the hour only (which they don't tell you) even though the shuttle and the driver are there. Front desk guy was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed...
