Pros (+) Clean rooms, easy to get to/from airport, parking available.
Cons (-) Clean, but in a crappy part of town. The room looked like it has not been updated since the 50s. No restaurants nearby other than some really shady dives.

Pros (+) The place is not worth the price. The room I stayed in was more than simple, it seemed dirty, although the room was clean. There is a very noisy bar across the street that was still noisy when I left for the airport at 4:30am. All night there where people walking through the courtyard that seemed to be drunk. The office staff was friendly and helpful but I honestly did not feel safe.
