4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff is excellent!
Cons: The beds are very outdated and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very outdated and small. Floors were pretty dirty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to Bricktown. No worry parking.
Cons: The bathroom was small.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Lobby was nice, staff were nice, location
Cons: Bathroom was dingy and needed updating. Did not seem as clean as I had hoped.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was decent.
Cons: The room was disgusting. There was food stuck to the floor and on the remote, as if it hadn’t even been cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom had hair everywhere and looked unclean. It didn’t look like anything had been wiped down. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk, it was unplugged from the wall and the hand piece was unplugged from the base.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: This hotel has so many hidden fees. Beware! Even if you call ahead and book a package, they will tell you you did not and charge you delivery fees and include gratuity. When approached about these things, staff (including manager!) are incredibly rude. Signs and disclosures say incidentals are $50, but when you get there it’s “Give or take, could be more or less”. Rooms are incredibly outdated. For the price you would pay here, you can stay at a much newer, much nicer hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The layout of the checkout area and bar was great.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little surprising. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking off which was odd for a 4 star hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was in close proximity to the basketball arena, which was my main consideration on NYE.
Cons: This hotel is not a four star hotel. The rooms are old and musty and the shower head in the room we stayed in was hung for someone under four feet tall. The service at the bar in the lobby was improved over the last stay however.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, perfect location for a concert at Chesapeake and hotel staff was super nice!
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing! The bar and restaurant are wonderful. Best dirty martini! Comfy bed, Pet friendly! We will be back for sure.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is ideal for being where the action is in downtown OKC.
Cons: I felt the hotel could use some updating. The bathroom was small and the paint was peeling. The bed was not as comfortable as expected.

1.0 Poor
Pros: This hotel was very dirty, noisy, mon guests were visiting late at night, not safe place. The bed sheet and blankets were not cleaned. I couldn't sleep there so I left at 2 am to checked into another hotel. I want my money back if possible.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is good
Cons: Charged 10 dollars to up grade to king after quoting it for 5 dollars
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of it, fresh everything, no mold, no bugs, no stains. Very very good room for price. Staff were nice
Cons: We got put in a room close to another hotel. Druggies in both sides. Yelling and hollering. Some of them stayed around my car while we were in it, my daughter finally got out to get our stuff and on of them walked up to her asking her questions then asked if she’s like to go get high and don’t be scared her mother is there she’s a big girl! Who says that??!! After the ordeal, a group of them came out of a top floor room making their way down to the parking lot with a dog. A worker/owner then confronted them (no pets allowed). The group started yelling and cussing at eachother then the ones at other hotel started pitching in. Threats were made and not sure if police we called. I ended up calling front office and happy the owner/staff came quick to help situation. Then all night until about 5am they hung out by our room talking/smoking/yelling and even hit our door messing around. (This doesn’t happen over night, they were WAY to comfortable) I say this place isn’t safe for young kids at all. Which is sad if needing a place to stay for a night preparing for Surgery next morning. Disabled and walking with cane. Sorry but if want business the rats need to go!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa tub was absolutely amazing and the little smoking or sitting area in courtyard with the roses is charming.
Cons: I was a little nervous about the location, but turns out it was peacefully quiet especially for Friday night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: No breakfast, $40.00 deposit to be returned in 5 days?
Cons: See above.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I think my favorite part was the hateful, rude, in the office. Our bathroom light busted out and they accused us of breaking it when you could see that the bulb was obviously not installed correctly. If we would have been in the bathroom we would be hurt.
Cons: Everything!!
10.0 Excellent

Lots of additional fees and forget about asking for more toiletries.

Pros: I was happy that late check-in was easy for us as we had a long drive before we came to the hotel. The staff was nice and while breakfast was provided and it looked good, we had to leave and get on the road. Glad to have booked here at the last minute and was satisfied with our stay.
Cons: There could have been maybe one more pillow for the king-sized bed but it really wasn't a big deal, especially because the long decorative pillow was provided. Other than that, everything was fine and didn't need to be fixed.
