Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's central location and its good value for money, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty bathrooms, dusty rooms, and general lack of hygiene. Service is mixed, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced language barriers or unfriendliness. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with complaints about uncomfortable or noisy beds. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with an excellent location, but guests should not expect high standards of cleanliness or comfort.
