Cons: tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located next to Milano Centrale, which worked well for us as we used Milan as the hub to visit small towns nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I especially would like to thank the concierge for the great restaurant recommendations and reservations (special thanks to Alessandro). There are some interesting spots to visit in the neighborhood and major attractions in the city are just a couple of Metro stops away.

Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!

Cons: Every time I stay at this property I stay in a very big room. Now I wanted to please myself more and booked a higher class room. That suite was smaller than the usual double room and of course more pricey.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, old world charm mixed with grandeur - wonderful lobby and bar, the drinks and service is excellent, as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Service throughout the hotel was top notch. The room was very spacious, the most comfortable bed and large bathroom, all decorated beautifully, there was even a little balcony to step out onto if you wanted a spot of fresh air. I sadly didn’t have time to test out the restaurant as I went to the ballet at La Scala instead which is only 5 minutes walk away and Piazza Duomo a few minutes on from there so perfect location to explore Milan. The gym was small but functional with a few weights and machines, be good to add some yoga/floor mats.

Cons: Breakfast was ok - a decent selection to choose from from buffet style or made fresh to order but not really worth the €35 euro price tag, I would instead take the short walk to Oya. Only issue I experienced was the food in the bar, perhaps I picked the wrong thing in having a panini but it wasn’t great considering how great the hotel is in every other aspect.

Pros: My second stay at this hotel and will likely to stay again in the future. Perfectly located within walking distance to Duomo and attractions, yet offer boutique feeling of private villa. Staff was warm and welcoming, concierge service was excellent and he does know the city and hot places well. Room large, decorated with style and perfectly maintained 2-3 times a day. Breakfast offered daily fresh pastry and wide variety of local delicacies along with immaculate service.

Pros: My second stay at this hotel and will likely to stay again in the future. Perfectly located within walking distance to Duomo and attractions, yet offer boutique feeling of private villa. Staff was warm and welcoming, concierge service was excellent and he does know the city and hot places well. Room large, decorated with style and perfectly maintained 2-3 times a day. Breakfast offered daily fresh pastry and wide variety of local delicacies along with immaculate service.

I'm not sure if they were accommodated downstairs but I hope they have a contingency plan for times like this.

Cons: I accidentally pulled the "alarm" in the shower (used to signal danger or ask for help if something happens) because I had slipped and pulled on it. The staff called the phone in the bathroom and I was trying to apologize but they were like "it's okay. good night!" Like they're polite, but didn't even give me room to speak so it just felt curt.

Cons: The Hotel recommends in door restaurant Clotilde Bistrot. We were enyoing glass of italian red late evening after long day. Unfortunatelly when we wanted to go back to the room we were waiting more than 20 minutes for the bill after 3 attemps to ask for that.

Cons: The shower as so small, you couldn't turn around or bend down. There was only 1 plug in the room so it was difficult to charge phones or use hair straighteners etc... The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much choice. Some of the fruit was turning bad and the bread was not replenished.

Cons: The internet was awful = difficult to set up then turned off at least twice a day so you had to reload the passwords etc.i thought breakfast was included but no so i was charged10 Euro's each day and10 for the city tax = Italy that is all included.

Cons: We were forced to book an additional room because we had a 3 year old baby with us while the booking site did not have the kids option. The additional room is even more expensive onsite while the hotel had low occupancy rate due to the season. Many restaurants nearby were closed as well due to the low season. No accommodation whatsoever for family travel. Don't recommend anyone this hotel if you might have any accommodation required. Or maybe their priority is just money, not the reputation or repeating business. So one and done for me.

Pros: The breakfast was ok it had varieties. Rooms were clean. Reception staff was the best they helped me a lot during and after my stay.
Cons: The breakfast was ok, small place you had to wait in line sometimes. The staff during breakfast was not helpful. They asked if we wanted coffee, never received the order even though we reminded her. You could hear everything happening in the hallway as it was inside your room. The bathroom window was close to the other property and they could see everything if we let the light on.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.
