Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location near attractions, food, and shopping, as well as the spaciousness of some rooms. However, many reviews highlight issues with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff and unresolved billing or maintenance problems. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others report stains or odors. The pool and amenities are mentioned positively by some, but there are complaints about broken facilities and unexpected charges. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and value for price are areas needing improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
