Pros (+) The room smelled from toxic mold!, Facility refused refund for 2nights even though we stayed 4 hours. Manager Bruce Devaraux was not very nice! He looked like we woke him at 730a.m. Hair all messed up completely disheveled! No breakfast at facility. “Office too small per corporate “ according to receptionist at front counter! We will never stay at any other Red Roof Facility! We went from there to...
Cons (-) The manager could have been more considerate. If this was my Facility he would no longer be my employee! We were totally exhausted when we arrived at 3 in the morning. Our car broke down in Columbia,Mo. we had to get a rental car. Car rental didn’t open till 1 pm on Sunday. We already had to spend the night there due to no rental place being open.
