Cons (-) Receptionist demanded payment on arrival and refused to check us in, this went on for 10 minutes before she realized she had made a mistake and that the booking was already paid. Barely an apology. Faulty card entry system, failed 4 times in 24 hours, each time requiring a visit back to reception. Again, barely and apology, seemed like it was routine.
