Hotel looks really nice from the outside and they are going through a remodel, however the smell and the way the carpets look inside make it look very unwelcoming. Will probably not stay here again in the future. It looked cleaned, but not sure if it indeed was. Didn't even go into their pool because I wasn't sure on the cleanliness.

Pros (+) None I went there to celebrate my daughter's fifth birthday the guy was very rude to me I was pay ing almost 200 for a suite and he said only 4 to a room and even though my girls were 9 6 and 4 well actually she had turned that day he told me I had to leave one of my children in the car or something

Cons (-) Staff was rude, room was musty and smelled. Tried to clean the air with the fan and air conditioning, but no change. Staff would not let me change rooms because I booked online! Which was ridiculous. I did not complain on site because I was in Milwaukee visiting my mother in law who was just placed in a nursing home, that was enough stress. . Pros (+) Good price, clean, comfortable. The complimentary shampoo actually smells really nice (weird compliment, but it's true!)
Cons (-) My car got broken into while in the parking lot. Was there <20 hours. Thought it was a nice area, guess I was wrong.
