Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which stood out as a positive aspect of their stay. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. The breakfast was frequently described as minimal or lacking in quality and variety. Room size and comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable but others noting cramped or outdated spaces. Overall, while service was a bright spot, cleanliness and breakfast quality were major concerns.
