Pros (+) The rooms are clean, reasonably priced, and have the few extras I want (fridge, microwave, modern TV). The extra $10 for a balcony is nice, especially if you can get one with a good view.

Pros (+) There was nothing outstanding about the place... But it's Moab. We were able to use their ice machine all weekend and ice up before we hit the trail. I thought that when I booked it, it said breakfast included, but was just given a $5 voucher for the place next door. Not worth the $ but still probably better than anywhere else.. So I'm not complaining
