Comfortable room, good breakfast. Clean. Helpful staff. Coffee cups at breakfast are way too small to be helpful when taking a drink to go. If dining in you can use 2-3 but not enough cup holders in the car to do this if taking coffee to go. Rooms are not cleaned daily. You can ask for what you need. Pros (+) The hotel is clean, friendly staff, pool and hot tub are warm during cold weather!
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off at 2 am one night! Spent over an hour outside in the cold. Breakfast is horrible! They serve almost the same thing every day.. not worth it. We ended up going out a few times. Our A/C until made a ping noise all night. Kids slept through it but adults couldn’t! Last annoying thing was a complaint we got about our 8 and 10 year old boys running down the hall at 8 pm! We asked th...
