Cons (-) Unclean bathrooms, there was someone's hair ball in our sheets, blood on the towels and on a lamp. And there were holes in the carpet. Smelt like damp or mold.

Pros (+) What I like most is the cleanliness. I walk in the room, the room smell so great but did not see no airfresner or any other type of spray to hide the odor and I said to myself, this is what I want. Smoke free rooms are 100 percent smoke free unlike other hotels you still smell those funky smell. I gave 4 because the food at the Restaurant wasn't that great.
Cons (-) I decided to stay at Holiday inn just the fact there was a restaurant inside so I don't have to leave but the food was I believe can and frozen food. Never fresh and salty. I was very disappointed with the food so I end up going out to eat. Pls feed your customers fresh food prepared by real chief and we will always come back.
