Room smelled of old cigarettes and bathroom cleaner. Deadbolt on door didn't work. Bed was tiny.

The manager was really nice, and even remembered my name when I checked out the next morning. Small toiletries were also provided, with, finally, decent sized bath towels (instead of hand towels masquerading as bath towels). Wi-Fi and HBO were provided free of charge and the air conditioner actually worked!
