Pros: Secluded with beautiful landscaping and incredible breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...the property was large and inviting. Peaceful and comfortable...
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Meritage is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed. The owners, Bob and Karen, are fabulous hosts and think of literally EVERYTHING! From the bottomless jar of homemade cookies to the guest refrigerator stocked with complimentary Ben & Jerry ice cream - to the breakfast scones that melt in your mouth to accompany the hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, main course (fritatta and gourmet french toast when we stayed there!) to the nightly wine tastings of our hosts' own winery- Cinq. We look forward to staying with them again in the future!
Cons: Everything was perfect! There isn't one thing I can think of that we didn't like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, fabulous breakfast (and snacks!). Very comfortable room. Workout room. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.
Cons: Not a thing...

Cons: Mattress was way too soft
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The inn really was incredible! The innkeepers have provided for and thought of every little thing one would want for comfort, including yummy homemade cookies, drinks, and snacks. The inn is beautiful, and the setting so lovely! Thank you, Meritage Meadows!
Cons: I can't think of anything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Private and quiet lush, green setting. Lots of seating to read and relax both inside and outside. Lovely breakfast in dining room or packed to go. Able to accommodate food sensitivities. Lots of snacks, tea/coffee, freezer, and microwave always available in common areas. Wine tasting and incredible information shared on history and creation of each wine in the evening by the owner. Fridge and deep soaking jetted tub in each room.
Cons: Not having a TV in each room. There is a large media room in the basement, but it’s not as convenient as having it in your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional stay. Really friendly and personal atmospher.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a exceptional stay. The inner keepers care and attention to detail was outstanding. The environment surrounding The Inn was so relaxing. It was tough to leave for felt like leaving family behind. Love it! Would highly recommend staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The inn is surrounded by lush greenery, my first reaction upon arrival was that I don’t need to leave, but could just stay for a whole week, or even months. The facilities are excellent - jacuzzi with scented bath salt, reliable Wifi, tea, cookies, office printer for urgent matter, etc, more importantly, Bob and Karen are excellent hosts, and very attentive. Every evening, Bob hosts a wine tasting of his own wines, which makes the stay much more enjoyable than regular hotel. Breakfast changes daily and is carefully prepared by hosts.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: pool
Cons: Can't use pool after 10:00 p.m. adults need to wind down and need an adult time from 10:00-12:00 or after hours. I have been to hotels that realize this and I had to swim the next mourning with 3 young children splashing me in the face. The reason I booked was also to swim but we got to the hotel later than expected at 10;00 p.m. and it was closed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress is so comfortable and I love the modern design of the rooms. The shower is spacious. It is a no smoking site and gently uses a bright air freshener which I enjoy. I stayed in a "savvy" room, which has a great layout and some extra room.
Cons: They charge for parking, which is ridiculous in Redmond. The linens are starting to have that "used clothing store" smell. They need to mix that up somehow. The staff are really great and the housekeepers do an amazing job. Rooms need a microwave.

Pros: everything great except breakfast.

They were all very pet friendly and made you and your pet feel welcome. The cocktail happy hour girl was very pleasant too. The beds and showers were heavenly. Look forward to our next stay.

Pros: The location was great! Close to my appointments and close to my friends work in the morning. Our room was too close to the front desk.
Cons: The front desk staff was nothing like the Marysville Holiday Inn express and the girl at night was almost RUDE. The guy was ok but when explaining the rules almost Condescending. Now when I called back the next day to see if I left something there that lady was a little bit more helpful. I might have looked like I shouldn’t have been there but believe me my income surpasses the ability to stay there. So we came in late because that’s what we had to do. Cons: Little noisy, with workout room down the hallway from us.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great front staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Good, convenient location. Clean, modern, and nice.
Cons: Beds too light, every time I flopped on it, there was a loud sound as it slid slightly. A bit of noise from folks above, sound proofing could be upgraded.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly and welcoming staff, within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants.
Cons: We stayed in an accessible room that had a little doorbell on the outside. Something was up with the batteries or something, and the first 2 mornings, early, it went off. Very loud, also flashes a bright white light. Staff was super helpful though!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We liked the beautiful and comfortable room, Clean, comfortable and no signs of any use wear in the room. Bed was great, the couch was comfortable and the desk was handy and appreciated. Bathroom had a huge walk in shower that was also easy to use. The secure parking as part of the deal was much appreciated as was the ease of getting to and in and out of the parking garage. We also liked the breakfast and the nice room that was provided for it. You can walk up to The Colby street down town area but it is a several block up hill walk.
Cons: Due to not booking through the hotel we were given a room with no view that looked at the apartment house next door. That seems to be a deal with online discount rooms though. There was a lot of external noise do the proximity of a major street to the waterfront and Navy base even as high up (6th) floor. That might not bother people who are used to city noises though.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was clean, front desk staff was nice, and free breakfast and wifi
Cons: Yes...I was given a handicap room with a very low flow hand held shower nozzle
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean; the towels were nice and thick, plentiful and large. The room was very comfortable even though we were not in it much. The location was excellent as there were several good restaurants within walking distance. There were places to walk the dogs around the hotel. The front staff was very friendly.
Cons: A tip to the people who answer the phones: this hotel is set off the street behind Burger King. We had trouble finding it (possibly because it was dark and we were tired), but it took about 3 calls to get the person to tell us to look for Burger King. It would have helped to get that information on the first call.

We requested extra pillows and that was no problem for the girl @ the front desk. She took care of it personally as it was after midnight when we arrived. Your entire staff was very friendly & helpful.
Cons: The only negative really wasn't with Best Western but the loudness of the trains going by every 15 minutes was rather annoying and impacted our sleep. Maybe look into replacing the windows that face the train tracks with more sound proof double pane ones. It would be worth it for your customers ability to sleep without having to cover their heads with pillows every time a train goes by which is quite often. Oh and one other thing, we stayed in room 318 and the coffee maker did not work even though we gave it time to warm up. Other than that everything else was excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 1) Friendly, helpful staff, even when we arrived at 1:30am! 2) Clean, modern room 3) King room offered additional sitting/pull out coach and tv for added guests if needed 4) Fridge and microwave helpful for longer stays 5) Sink outside bathroom was a plus when the bathroom wasn't available 6) Heating/Cooling system wasn't noisy 7) Bed/mattress was very comfortable 8) Was convenient to local restaurants and shops and outside the Seattle congestion
Cons: 1). Walls are very thin, can hear through doors when in the hall and people having conversations in the room next door. 2) Toilet clogged twice in our 4 day stay.
