Pros (+) Price and location.
Cons (-) Run down and kind of scary. Grumpy owner. One towel (but was able to get more the next day even though owner said "only supposed to be three people." I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Just a low-end place. Room smelled like carpet cleaner over smoke.
