Pros: Absolutely wonderful hotel and very hospitable and friendly staff (specifically Mirlandys at the front desk is phenomenal!). Always my go-to when coming to Tremblant in terms of the ease of ski in and ski out, wonderful outdoor jacuzzis and heated pools to unwind in after a day of skiing, and generally an extremely pleasant experience. Can't wait to come back soon :)

Cons: I have never stayed in a four or five star hotel (and certainly not a Fairmont or Hilton) that allowed animals. Many people staying at the hotel had dogs, which were highly visible in the front lobby and hallways of the hotel.

Cons: I booked hotel for 4 adults and they only give one queen bed, they other two will sleep on sofa bed, I never heard in my life, that they will ask guest to sleep on sofa bed. I believe sofa bed is for only extra guest like if you have children.

Cons: A small but annoying thing related to the pool: the young lifeguard seemed uninterested and bored by her work. she started off elsewhere instead of looking at kids in the pool to ensure their safety. And, there were never enough towels.

Cons: The breakfast needs some improvement. Pancakes are cold and the scrambled eggs get a bit boring after the first day. The bacon is thin and fatty.
The assortment of all the other items makes up for this shortcoming. There is plenty of fruit and yogurt.
The other area that needs improvement is the hot tubs. There are two of them and they are very small.

Cons: Kitchen amenities were sparse and barely adequate. We had a room with a murphy bed and TV was not easily visible from the bed. It was also very easy to stub ones toe on the bed due to the narrow pathway between bed and dining table.

Cons: If I really had to get picky, the pillows were terrible. Flat and nothing to them. Maybe it was just bad coincidence, but Tremblant hotels are not cheap, and small things like this go a long way.

Cons: A couple of lamps were missing light bulbs and the bed sheets were a bit thin. We didn't request light bulbs as we had a big suite and it didn't make a big difference. Same for the sheets, it didn't bother me enough to mention it to the staff.

Pros: There was not much to like.
Cons: The parking was a nightmare to find, as was the reception desk. The room was impossible to find -- the front desk had to send someone to guide us. We lost maybe 2 hours wandering around the village, the parking and the endless corridors of the hotel. Not worth it.

Pros:
Cons: From the first 5 minutes in the hotel the experience was not great. When I went to check-in the staff had no record of my stay in their system other than a voucher was used. I had to provide proof of the voucher which it said no where when I booked. I had to then email the front desk staff from my phone (I had to hotspot to her phone) so I could actually forward the email as I don't have data.
I went to check-in at 2:45pm and was told the room was not ready that I would have to wait until 4pm when they would call me - understandable. At 4:05pm I finally received a call that my room was ready.
The bed was old (had a sag in the middle) and when I went to have a shower after a long day on the hill the water was nuke warm when set to the hottest it would go.
Location is the only perk of this hotel. We stayed at the Mariott the night before and received some of the best hotel service I had ever received. I would highly recommend the Mariott.
