Cons: Rooms were pretty old (decor). Staff at downstairs cafe and porters/valet struggled with English and were rude and patronising at times. I wasn't made aware of some of the services and facilities available which I discovered as I was leaving. The dinner in both restaurants was disappointing. Unless you use the valet parking service you have to park a long way away. When the hotel rents areas out for private functions you can't use them.

Pros: We loved Everything! We were there for Ironman. Stayed in 2017 as well but this time we got the suite, well worth it. Views are great, staff are great, lots of things to do. Try the zip line tour!! Amazing! Great restaurants and shops. If you’re thinking of do the Ironman this is the place to book.

Cons: I requested a check in time a bit earlier than the regular check in time. It wasn’t fulfilled and to make it worse I couldn’t get the room I requested and I originally booked. The people who were staying there requested a late check out which doesn’t make sense given that check out was at noon and by the time I was supposed to get that room 4pm the person was still there. Ended up in a room facing the pool and had to wait till 4:30 pm. It was my mom’s anniversary it was supposed to be a perfect stay. It wasn’t that great after all

Cons: The pool was very far from my room and the directions to get to it wasn't clear at all. The staff wasn't friendly especially when I did the check in which is the first impression I had about the hotel. The breakfast was ok I would say not diversify and limited. I don't think the price paid for 2 nights was worthy.

Cons: After years of staying at the bottom of the pedestrian village we decided to change our location this time. To our surprise this hotel is not the part of the resort so activity passes were not included and the parking has added another $14/night to the total bill. Breakfast was included but nothing to write home about. Room had a strong smell of new carpet which I guess was replaced recently during renovations (reading some reviews now). Had to play tags with the staff to get our room cleaned. Not really what we expected.

Cons: From the first 5 minutes in the hotel the experience was not great. When I went to check-in the staff had no record of my stay in their system other than a voucher was used. I had to provide proof of the voucher which it said no where when I booked. I had to then email the front desk staff from my phone (I had to hotspot to her phone) so I could actually forward the email as I don't have data.
I went to check-in at 2:45pm and was told the room was not ready that I would have to wait until 4pm when they would call me - understandable. At 4:05pm I finally received a call that my room was ready.
The bed was old (had a sag in the middle) and when I went to have a shower after a long day on the hill the water was nuke warm when set to the hottest it would go.
Location is the only perk of this hotel. We stayed at the Mariott the night before and received some of the best hotel service I had ever received. I would highly recommend the Mariott.

Tremblant slopes which provides a great view of the mountain. The hotel like many structures in the area are converted old wooden houses. All the bedrooms are upstairs and has a shared common room with a french window that offers very nice view. Downstairs/first floor is the dinning area.

Cons: Breakfast was poor quality for the price and not what would be considered “continental”. It was mostly bread and pastries. There was limited fruit options, burger cheese or philadelphia cheese only (no meats) and the pastries and bread, which I believe were all from Costco, undermined the quality further. The only place I stayed in Canada with one of those automated coffee machines that you find in IKEA which seem entirely devoid of caffeine but heavy on the sugar and watery milk.

Pros: The chalet was a great space for the amount of people that we were and the facilities inside the chalet were great! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking tools and the bathrooms had everything we needed as well.
Cons: The stairs to the entrance were icy and full of snow when we arrived and a few of our guests fell because of this. This made it hard for everyone to bring their belongings into and out of the chalet....I do believe that cleaning up the snow and ice are a must as it can be quite dangerous for guests if not. Also, we would have loved to use the fireplace but we were only given 2 logs and then we were only told on site that extra logs were $4 each!! That's wayy too expensive and I think more logs should be included! We also were not told that the hot tub was only seasonal and were all looking forward to using the hot tub! If there could be a way to make the hot tub accessible year-round I think that would be a great asset for guests!

Pros: We have stayed at Les Manoirs in the past, location and pool is great for larger groups.
Cons: Air condition was advertised prior to booking, we had no AC all weekend with 40 degree weather made things uncomfortable at times.

Pros: Have stayed at Les Maniors many times. Location is perfect - as it size and proximity to hill. It's quiet and spacious with lovely views. We always choose this location for our weekends at Tremblant.
Cons: This unit was not up to the same standards as others I have stayed in. Prices were extremely high the weekend we stayed - so perhaps that's why a plugged bathtub (un-usable), stained (burns) countertop, broken blinds and unkept (and dangerous) unshovelled stairs were hard to swallow given the high rates. Need to do better if you are charging the same per night as the Fairmont!
