Pros:Toby's Resort was a Great place. There pool was nice and they had a bar by the pool where the bar tender was nice I think his name is Paul... I forgot his name but there was a lady at the front desk named Shuncia and she was so awesome and friendly. Way friendlier than the other staff. Now don't get me wrong the other staff did there job but they didn't go out of there way to make conversation and help out like Shuncia. Our room was clean the air worked the tv worked they had some pretty good channels. And it was near by a gym where you can jog to the gym. I stayed for a couple days and it's my job to work out so for me the gym near by was excellent. The oxtail in the restaurant is really good. That was also great... Just overall good experience for someone staying some days in Mobay. Look out for Shuncia and tell her I said Hello! She's very helpful.

Pros:Staff was nice. The place was clean. Close to all the shopping and eating places on Hip Street. All with in walking distance. Stayed one night. Price was right. Stayed there because i had an early flight out of Montego bay the next morning.

Pros:Clean rooms, working AC, cable television, and two pools. After spending 3 days in a rustic cabin in Negril, this place felt like heaven. Also, the location is within a mile of the airport which is awesome. We stayed for one night specifically because we were flying out in the morning and didn't want any hassle getting to our flight on time.
Cons:1. I didn't like that the rooms don't offer wi-fi. The restaurant does, but that feature just comes off as a cheap ploy to pull more money out of their guests. Its 2015 and wi-fi in hotel rooms should be a standard for any hotel. 2. We booked through Kayak.com and the front desk didn't have our reservation on record. If I hadn't brought my confirmation number and customer service phone number for them, I'm not sure I would have been able to get in the door. Regardless, the staff were very nice and helpful while fixing the issue. My advice would be to book directly to avoid any confusion. 3. The hotel will set you up with transportation to local attractions (Rose Hall Great House, airport, etc.) for a price. After staying in laid-back negril for a couple days, we figured out the pricing scheme for taxis and immediately recognized Toby's quoted prices as a bit of a rip-off (nothing against Toby's, you'll probably see the same pricing at all hotels). If you're willing to actually talk/haggle with your taxi driver, you can walk 3 feet down the sidewalk and one will pull over and take you to the same destination for 1/2 of the price advertised in the hotel lobby. Rose Hall Great House - $10 to $12 (not $30). Airport - $8 to $10 (not $15).
