Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s excellent location near shops and restaurants, the high quality and variety of the breakfast, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms. Some minor issues were noted, such as room maintenance, firm beds, and parking challenges, but the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Poor experience at the Hampton East Chase According to the Hamptons staff much of Issue I had was kayak and Expedia's fault. Apparently when you put in all your information on kayak it does not transfer your phone number so the Hampton had no way to contact me to let me know the one room they had left was a smoking room.
