Cons (-) The AC broke at 10pm in the first room they gave us. They upgraded us for free to a larger room; however the couch smelled like pee and had some bugs on it.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, including bugs, bed bugs, mold, and general lack of upkeep in some rooms and public areas. While some found the beds comfortable and the breakfast adequate, others noted problems with amenities like TVs, air conditioning, and the pool. Safety concerns were also mentioned due to the presence of homeless individuals around the property. Overall, the positive aspects were the location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
