Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful beachfront, and convenient access to local amenities such as supermarkets and bus stops. Many enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, renovated rooms, and friendly restaurant staff. However, several reviews noted issues with service, including slow or rude front desk staff, lack of management on the beach, and occasional unavailability of amenities like ice machines and beach towels. Cons (-) Somewhat secluded and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Facilities were beautiful ( although a bit hilly). If you are looking for a quiet retreat to relax I highly recommend Coco Reef Resort!
