Pros (+) 2 blocks from the beach and near a pier. Great for a little weeekend getaway but not for couples.
Cons (-) Looks run down, needed quarters to get ice. Cramped space on floors to get to rooms. Air and refrigerator cooled down about 12 hours after we got there.

Pros (+) All in all its a good place to stay. Your close to alot of attractions. Its very clean. The staff are super nice. I would recommend it. I would stay there again. We were there a week and it was great.
Cons (-) I wish they would have had an elevator it was ruff climbing four flights of stairs.
