Location: Within 2 minute walk from the hotel, you have 1) A RER station providing easy access to Paris attractions 2) A Supermarket 3) A good Turkish restaurant offering Halal food. The apt had 2 rooms with 2 double beds which was good enough for a family of 2 A and 2 C. For transfer from CDG to the hotel, we hired two nos. 7 seater coaches (our group was of 14 members) for 170 euros. The reception was very helpful in booking disney tkts, tours, providing luggage room etc. Highly recommended.
No assistance to shift luggage between the two parts of the hotel
The Staff and room were good.
The Restaurant is not up to the usual standard I have enjoyed in Mercure Hotels.
Location and Cleanliness of the hotel
Very close proximity to the Arche de Defense where it was a 10 minute walk to the exhibition I was attending
Rather restrictive restaurant and bar hours
Spacious room, quick breakfast, good sleep.
Shortage of coffee/suger/milk for tea making facility.
People on reception desk were friendly
Noisy, scruffy, and unbelievably expensive for what you get
The reception and the staff for breakfast were all lovely, and very helpful and patient as i don't speak French, but they were able to help with information and details about the city.
I did find an earwig in my room on the first night.
The area is not very welcoming particularly in the evening
Close to a park to do some jogging.
