The Hotel is small and central and run by a very pleasant and competent staff. I was staying there with my wife and three children and our computer got lost in the taxi bringing us from the station to the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful calling an uncountable number of taxi companies to help us trace the driver. Lara, the young lady who was at the reception when we arrived, even went to the train station on her own time to spread the word and one other staff member, whose husband drives a cab, immediately alerted dozens of friends. I have traveled quite a bit over the past few years but never met such friendly team, actually trying to help and to make you feel comfortable and welcome, even in hotels carrying many more stars.

It's almost impossible to find this hotel if you drive a car. My navigation system was at loss for the 1st time in 2 years. Traffic is crazy, streets are narrow, a lot of nearby streets are closed for reconstruction. Parking is quite expensive and is situated in about 5-minute walk from the hotel (imagine carrying your luggage if you have any). You can't park a car near the hotel even for a few minutes. Surrounding streets are quite scary, especially at night. There is a bar near the hotel, and every night an extremely loud fiesta happens there, so it's quite hard to sleep.
