Pros (+) The hotel was in a prime location right next to the central station (trains) and was a great base for Naples. Good rates and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also lovely and all very very good value!
Cons (-) The outside of the hotel isn't very nice (as in the streets) it is quite run down and doesn't feel very safe. The hotel feels to be in a bad part of Naples but as it is so close to the station it is 5 minutes walk.

Pros (+) Ideal location but not the nicest block to be located on.
Cons (-) Requested laundry service and the hotel took longer than promised. Then first said it was never given, then they said they lost it. After talking to 5 different hotel representatives (mostly rude) I found out the clothes were behind the desk the entire time. Breakfast was awful. The facilities were underwhelming. I will definitely be choosing a different hotel chain next time.
