Pros (+) Continental breakfast had quite a few options.
Cons (-) Very dirty hotel. Roach in the hotel room. Walked out of the elevator into a cloud of Marijuana smoke. The pool had mysterious floaties in it and a ring of grime/scum all the way around the pool that people had written messages and names into. (Gross)
Pros (+) Staff was responsive to our needs.
Cons (-) Facility is being remodeled and should have been closed during this process. we arrived, examined several offered rooms, and decided we could not stay at this hotel due to uncleanliness and odors in the rooms. We would not recommend staying at this hotel. Perhaps the renovations will improve things but that process seems to have been ongoing for a very long time.
Pros (+) Was in a good area to be able to walk to several places to eat. Staff was eager to assist with anything.
Cons (-) Did not have any issues that were negative. Breakfast was kind of crowded however they opened the lounge for the overflow patrons.
Pros (+) Can't tell you about breakfast, as I left early to get to a meeting. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the shower worked! What else can you ask for??
Pros (+) The staff was great.
Cons (-) There was an odd smell in the hallway near our room and our room was musty.
