Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its excellent location close to attractions and activities. Many reviews mention spacious rooms or chalets, which are appreciated by families and groups. However, several guests report issues with cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in some of the chalets, and note that the breakfast could be improved in terms of variety and value. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for short stays, especially due to its service and location, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.
