Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the French Quarter and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and attentiveness, with several guests noting that employees went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Many appreciated the rooftop pool and its relaxing atmosphere, as well as the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
