Pros. Nice styling, good linens, good location. Staff was friendly.
Cons. All 1st world problems, but still inconvenient. Wifi was non-existent, then when I ask about it, they didn't know how to fix it, so the staff told me to call tech support for their ISP. I felt like they were asking me to do their job while I'm on my vacation. I'm glad I was there for vacation, because if it were busyness not wifi would of been a problem. Also water was turned off for 2 nights of our stay, I understand that work need to be done, nevertheless it was inconvenient. I don't think that person at the front desk knew how to program the key to work for our entire stay. Had to go to the desk every day to get access to our room. This is a bit of problem when I'm going back to the room use the restroom.
