Cons (-) For the price, it was ridiculous to not have complimentary wifi or breakfast options. Was placed in a handicap room which meant a very small, uncomfortable shower/sink set up. Again, not the experience I wanted for the price I was paying. Front desk was very slow to answer phone and seemed to be unsure of answers to simple question

Pros (+) I liked the elevator system, how the staff got the homeless folks out of the lobby, and the quick professional staff when seeking attention.
Cons (-) I didn’t like how many folks were sitting on the front step blocking the doorway. Doormen should be pushing folks along. Then get benches out front for guests to sit instead of them blocking the doorway.
