Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and up to date. I was very happy the room also included a refrigerator. For New York, I was impressed that everybody who we came in contact with at the hotel was super friendly. Obviously it has a great location.

Pros (+) This hotel was in a great location. Minutes to Times Square, good food, shopping, Broadway. The staff was always friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Good location for major attractions. Very attractive decor, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Free wifi.
Cons (-) Room was not well lit. I understand the design but I could barely see in the small closet when hanging my suits up. Room service was from a quick service place next door. Issue with the water heater the first night.

Pros (+) It was a good experience. The location of the hotel is the best. You are in the middle of everything. The staff was nice and friendly
Cons (-) The breakfast options are really very limited but it was ok. The wardrobe space need to get bigger. It can hardly fit for one nevertheless two especially in winter.
