Love: the closeness to NYC and other areas of interest. Rooms are nice (but small). Could’ve been better: the bottom of the bed frame could be potentially dangerous. The room is small and if not careful you can cut your leg on the metal plates. I received run around from hotel management about a night’s refund for an issue with the room.

Pros (+) Great location. Walking distance to Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church. Quiet part of town during a holiday weekend. Free breakfast saves $. Subway stop is right there.
Cons (-) Walls were thin, so you if you have loud neighbors, you'll get to know lots of fun facts about them. Small rooms, but not a surprise in NYC.
