Pros (+) This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The room while small was comfortable and really clean. The concierge was helpful
Pros (+) The staff was awesome,the epidemy of good service, kind and helpful. The room clean and organized. The AC could have been cooler, but slept great. I forgot my charger and called back to see if they had found it, they held it for me and I picked it up with my bag a couple of hours later.

Cons (-) Owner needs to invest in climate control system. AC not available during 70 degree days. Staff was very helpful and provided fans but this hotel would be so much better with modern a/c. Would love to recommend but that's a problem.
Pros (+) I loved the location. There was a lot to see in walking distance. The room service was great and the walk in shower was nice.
Cons (-) The room was a bit small. There were a few holes in the wall above the TV, which were a bit of an eye sore. Parking was listed as an amenity when in reality you go park your own car somewhere on the side of the street.
