Pros (+) The pillows were good and the towels were clean looking. The staff was friendly and responsive when my TV had no connection.
Cons (-) I didn't appreciate that anyone could walk off the street & go up the elevator. There was a full-time front desk attendant, but they couldn't possibly remember every face of people staying there, so anyone could walk past them and have access to your hotel room door.
