2.0 Poor
The Room was updated. Updated bathroom as well. But room service inexistent. Asked 2 days on a roll to make up the room and they only removed the trash. Didn’t even made the bed or changed the towels. Since we just came back late night there was nobody to clean the room. And next day we asked again and when came back nothing We will not stay again at the hotel.

Cons:Make clients wear a mask and wear it correctly. In the lobby, elevator, and hallway. Staff included.

Cons:Seriously LOVED our stay here. The parking was expensive but an option since we had a rental car. The staff was alllll so friendly and nice. They let us checkout of our hotel and keep our luggage there so we could see more of the city. That was awesome! The rooms were small but I liked it it was quaint and that’s expected in nyc, we didn’t need anymore room. The rooms were beautiful and updated, beds were comfortable. It was clean and just had a great experience. The only down fall is waiting for the elevator when there’s a lot of people but a non issue really. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:My wife and I were able to walk to Times Square, the Gershwin Theater to see Wicked, and to Pier 83 for a cruise around Manhattan. The hotel's location made it easy to get to a lot of popular spots in New York.

Cons:windows were not locked. very scary because we were on the 34th floor and the windows could be open.

Pros:While the rooms are small they include everything even a safe some larger room hotels don't have. Our purpose was to see NY so the purpose of the room, sleeping was perfect. The location was also perfect and getting around NY is really easy. Only issue due to the size is that there is no place to offer even a continental breakfast. It was very updated and clean.
Cons:The bar downstairs but do not believe it is part of the hotel.
