There was no bar soap for the sink and the liquid bath soap, that hung in the shower, was empty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Easy to check in and check out. Breakfast is included but we could never find a seat to eat. They are fast to refill their breakfast.
Excellent choise, nice view
We had a really nice stay at Element. Easy contactless check-in process, with phone key unlock for room. Staff were friendly, despite busy periods and lots of guests. We stayed in room on 7th floor. Ample facilities including kitchenette, full-size fridge freezer and microwave/hob. Table and seating ample to share dinner with 2 friends too. Nice shower and toilet facility. Breakfast included in price, and was simple but delicious (range of cereals, toast/bagels, muffins, alongside sausage and Mexican-style eggs). Excellent location 10min walk from Times Square and Penn Station. Could not ask for more for the price in centre of Manhattan!
Everything was very well taken care of
Horrible service. Ordered extra towels on Saturday night and got them on Monday morning. Front desk did not answer the phone during the entire stay and the water consistently smelled like sewage. The only good thing about the hotel was the location.
