This 35-floor hotel features 271 modern guest rooms and suites, with amazing views of New York City. The hotel overlooks the Hudson River and Empire State Building, giving visitors plenty to see right from their hotel room. The Holiday Inn Times Square hotel offers complimentary WiFi, in-room workstations, coffee makers, and mini-fridges in all guest rooms. There wasn’t any hot water when we arrived and the hotel itself was not very clean.

The Room was updated. Updated bathroom as well. But room service inexistent. Asked 2 days on a roll to make up the room and they only removed the trash. Didn’t even made the bed or changed the towels. Since we just came back late night there was nobody to clean the room. And next day we asked again and when came back nothing We will not stay again at the hotel.

They let us checkout of our hotel and keep our luggage there so we could see more of the city. That was awesome! Pros (+) My wife and I were able to walk to Times Square, the Gershwin Theater to see Wicked, and to Pier 83 for a cruise around Manhattan. The hotel's location made it easy to get to a lot of popular spots in New York.

Pros (+) While the rooms are small they include everything even a safe some larger room hotels don't have. Our purpose was to see NY so the purpose of the room, sleeping was perfect. The location was also perfect and getting around NY is really easy. Only issue due to the size is that there is no place to offer even a continental breakfast. It was very updated and clean.
Cons (-) The bar downstairs but do not believe it is part of the hotel.
