Not what I expected
It’s literally in the heart of Times Square!
Very slow service is all aspects. Poor room service, the restroom water ran slow! Besides be a very small room, the overall experience was okay. I would not recommend.
The room was so small.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
the gentleman who takes the bags is the only attentive and helpful
the beds are terrible ... watery and damaged the back, also that in 3 nights never changed linens; On the par of the hotel there is construction and at 7am you can not sleep because the hotel its walls are extremely thin ... EVERYONE HEAR! The lift is only for two people! the employees see you need to occupy the elevator and they never say ok take it ... EVER!
The staff was so friendly, they boarded our bags since we got there early. So clean, perfect location
TINY BOX rooms but great location at Times Sq
Tiny, tiny, tiny box rooms. Hardly enough room to swing an arm, let alone a cat!
they made me a fee of $ 100 and never returned to me my card
The location can't be beat, a half block off Times Square. We were in town for a concert at Madison Square Garden which was an easy walk from the Hotel. The rooms were modern and unique. I could have easily spent twice as much to stay at one of the brand name hotels nearby but I'm so glad I didn't.
The construction next door created some traffic issues which meant a lot of noise. But we were so exhausted from walking around that we didn't have any trouble falling asleep. The construction itself didn't bother us.
There was a night club below us that went on until 5am loudly in the morning. They did comp my night thankfully. Horrible experience.
Everything Except location
Perfect for a night at the theater
Bar staff was not prepared
Eh..hit or miss
We loved the location, it is literally two blocks from times square and many broadway shows.
The room was tiny, like barely could walk around the bed tiny. We also paid alot of money for the room that was that small. We also had a view of a roof with hoses all over the place and in disarray. Also the building next door is undergoing construction which we were never warned of until we got there and I am a light sleeper, I was up until midnight and later with the jackhammer going off. I told the girl that I was a light sleeper at check in and she shrugged saying the room we had was as far away from the noise as possible but we were on the second floor on the same side as the construction. Check out also took forever and we were the only ones in the lobby at 5:45 am.
It's convenient to visit newyork.
The elivator is very tight and slow
