Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Manhattan and nearby attractions. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly, helpful service from the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevator system, with long wait times and operational issues causing frustration. Cleanliness and amenities were generally satisfactory, though some found the decor dated and breakfast offerings average or overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially for its location and room size, but improvements to the elevators and some facilities would enhance the experience.
