Pros (+) The location is excellent and close to a variety of restaurants and public transportation.
Cons (-) Worn furniture, peeling wallpaper, one slow elevator. It was cold in NY the night of my stay, and it took over three hours to warm up the room sufficiently to take off my coat. No in room coffee.
