Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cozy and charming atmosphere, especially in the lounge and dining areas, was frequently mentioned as a highlight. However, many guests found the rooms to be extremely small, which detracted from their overall comfort. Breakfast and service received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others noting limitations or unhelpful staff. Despite the room size, the hotel's ambiance and prime location were standout positives.

Pros (+) Really cool old antique style. Brass bathroom fittings were beautiful. Very clean.
Cons (-) I wish they had rooms with 2 queen beds. Rooms are tiny, but that’s NYC.

Pros (+) Love the bohemian feel but our first interaction was with a a very rude front desk. Hard to get past that, especially as you’re handing them your credit card. Rooms are painfully small but bed was very comfortable and in perfect condition. Greenwich Village is a delight and many locals seemed to visit the bar, which was lovely. Complimentary continental breakfast was a treat.
Cons (-) Rude front desk employee, very narrow hallways.

Cons (-) my room was tiny. i was there on business. i had to go to the lobby/lounge to do work since there was no desk/chair in my room. luckily, the lounge is comfortable with access to a full bar.
