Pros (+) The hotel is a landmark. It is in a great location and gives great access to Central Park. It is also not too far of a walk to the theater district. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Cons (-) The staff seemed indifferent. The revolving door wasn't working, so we had to go in through side doors. The doormen (sometimes as many as three) just stood around watching, not helping at all with the doors, which were heavy. Breakfast in the lobby: we were seated and I asked the purpose seating us to bring coffee. He said the server would be right with us. After 5 minutes there was no server to b...
