The City View Suite is a bi-level loft suite with one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed. This room has a balcony that overlooks the cityscape of Newport. The Waterfront Suite is also a bi-level loft but with a private balcony that gives guests stunning views of the waterfront. The loft in the Waterfront Suite is reached by a nautical style ship's ladder.
