I was surprised by how friendly all the staff were. From check in to smiling lady that help served breakfast. There is an upper observation room which was worth checking out. We chose this hotel for its location and value. I would say it was well worth it.

Pros (+) The Giacomo was such a beautiful surprise for our evening at Niagra Falls. The staff were all extremely pleasant and they even came around to our room in the evening and offered warm choc chip cookies and milk which was a pleasant surprise.
